Because it can carry around a fifth of the paper, a candidate who scores well here gains a clear edge. Practise MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint shortcuts, file types, and basic networking terms. 4. Read current affairs daily. Focus on the last 6 to 12 months. Keep short notes on Pakistan, Punjab and major international events. 5. Practise MCQs under timed conditions. Do full 100-question sets in 90 minutes. After each set, review every wrong answer and note why you missed it. 6. Use organized notes. Subject-wise material saves a lot of time. Our Leo CSS Academy notes section has study notes for General Knowledge, Pakistan Affairs and Current Affairs that fit this kind of MCQ test. 7. Revise in the final two weeks. Stop adding new material. Revise your own notes and attempt mock tests. MCQ Attempt Strategy Do the sure answers first. Mark the ones you are confident about before returning to the hard ones.
